Wakelyns Bakery have baked a very special Flanders loaf for us. If you prefer making your own bread we have stoneground wholegrain Flanders flour. Could be that as well as baking your own bread you like to mill your own flour - we can help with that too and have Flanders available as a whole grain too.

As with so much of our work we've looked back at what small scale farmers were growing in the past and figured out how to make it work for a more resilient future. This BBC newsreel from the 1950s taught us a lot, take a look, it's at once charming and informative.
