29th •  This lunchtime the BBC Food Programme on Radio 4 is exploring the culture and history of falafel. We’re wondering where they’ll come down on the fava / chickpea debate. We’re on team fava, here’s our recipe - and we’re not alone. The 2016 London Falafel festival came to the same conclusion . And Felicity Cloake in her cook the perfect column decided that falafel should be mostly fava . What do you think?
