Made by baker Henrietta Inman in our Bakehouse, this granola is a deliciously complex blend of our Four Grain Muesli Base, organic forest honey, Two Fields olive oil cold-pressed from Koroneiki olives with added quinoa puffs, hemp, poppy, chia and linseed plus delicate cassia and vanilla spices. 

This granola is a batch baked low and slow in the Hodmedod Bakehouse oven.

The quinoa, seeds and roasted peas bring diversity of nutrition, flavour and texture, while the hints of cassia and vanilla add a beautifully subtle fragrance, warming spice and mellow natural sweetness, complementing and the malted honey notes of our the grains. We love using our roasted peas for their super crunch, great flavour, high fibre and protein. 

Delicious as a breakfast cereal, crumble topping and for savoury bakes too.

Blended & baked using organic flaked cereals from British farms.
