The whole family love Slow Miso from Scotland . It is organic and gluten free and we put it in all our soups and casseroles. Delicious !
This is so much better than conventional miso. Much more versatile. I’ve been adding a teaspoon or two to so many different recipes. It imparts a wonderful flavour. I’ll be back for more. Please keep making it!

This is delicious. So malty. A real treat.
I’ve had the mill for a few months now and tried out various recipes for bread, cakes, biscuits and pastry. At times it’s been trial and error, especially for the bread but it’s been well worth the perseverance. The finished product is tasty and nutritious.
Hodmedods provided excellent customer service prior to purchase and the item was delivered quickly. I’m looking forward to my next order of grains. Many thanks
