Barley flakes are great added to muesli or granola, or used in baking as a topping or mixed into dough. Eat them as a cereal, bake with them, or add them to soups and stews to thicken, boost their nutrition and add flavour.
To eat as a muesli, combine with other cereal flakes and enjoy. Or use as an oat substitute in any baking recipe.

I’ve had the mill for a few months now and tried out various recipes for bread, cakes, biscuits and pastry. At times it’s been trial and error, especially for the bread but it’s been well worth the perseverance. The finished product is tasty and nutritious.
Hodmedods provided excellent customer service prior to purchase and the item was delivered quickly. I’m looking forward to my next order of grains. Many thanks
