Made by baker Henrietta Inman in our Bakehouse, this granola is a deliciously complex blend of our Four Grain Muesli Base, organic forest honey, Two Fields olive oil cold-pressed from Koroneiki olives with added quinoa puffs, hemp, poppy, chia and linseed plus delicate cassia and vanilla spices. Try a taster 100g pack for just £2 while stocks lasts - these have a shorter shelf-life than usual, best before 19th August 2026. |
This granola is a batch baked low and slow in the Hodmedod Bakehouse oven.
The quinoa, seeds and roasted peas bring diversity of nutrition, flavour and texture, while the hints of cassia and vanilla add a beautifully subtle fragrance, warming spice and mellow natural sweetness, complementing the malted honey notes of the grains. We love using our roasted peas for their super crunch, great flavour, high fibre and protein.
Delicious as a breakfast cereal, crumble topping and for savoury bakes too.
Blended & baked using organic flaked cereals from British farms.
Enjoy on its own, with your preferred milk, or added to yoghurt, smoothies, crumbles, savoury bakes, salads...

I am an impulsive cooker and have rarely soaked any pulses when I fancy them. The naked peas (essentially split peas) solve this problem. The pink ones stayed more whole than yellow split peas, a fact I love. The taste is similar to yellow peas with a hint of red lentil and a texture similar to chick peas. I haven't tried it for houmous yet, but it should work a treat.
Just started a mainly vegan diet and had not realised how many beans you can buy! No idea what to choose so just bought this bundle. Tried a couple of recipes so far from the site and really wonderful. Who knew beans were so versatile and tasty!
Interesting to see these cooking instructions. However, I would like to recommend YQ as a bread flour. After some five years of using various Hodmedod's wheats for my bread, this is one of the very best I have tried - I get loads of compliments from family and friends whenever I bake with this flour.
Just arrived - quickly - but really looking forward to trying them.
I've just cooked them in a rice cooker to accompany a meal. Really tasty and definitely better than brown rice.
