This granola is a simply delicious blend of our Four Grain Muesli Base, organic forest honey, Two Fields olive oil cold-pressed from Koroneiki olives hand-picked on family farms in Crete, & sea salt. All batch baked low & slow in the the Hodmedod Bakehouse oven.
Delicious as a breakfast cereal, crumble topping and for savoury bakes too.
Blended & baked using organic flaked cereals from British farms.
Enjoy on its own, with your preferred milk, or added to yoghurt, smoothies, crumbles, savoury bakes, salads...

This granola is simple unadulterated perfection. The little clusters, all perfectly formed, pack a toasty, sweet, slightly salty and malty punch. I'm eating it every day atop yoghurt and stewed fruit for breakfast. You can tell it has been made with utmost care and thought. Thank you Hodmedods bake house !

I’ve never enjoyed a rye bread - usually too heavy and solid, my sensitive gut didn’t like either. I got this out of curiosity as the other breads had run out and the reviews were so good. Is gorgeous - moist but not soggy, well risen, very tasty but not too strongly sour. And my gut is happy despite a little bit of binging :-)

Great for cakes, cookies and muffins as it has a similar consistency to pastry flour, very fine and light. I now use it regularly. Really nice flavour.
