Six squares packed with plant diversity: five flaked grains, six seeds, three fruits. Hand baked in the Hodmedod Bakehouse, our chunky squares are are like flapjacks but so much more. We combine a blend of grains and seeds with fruit purées, apple molasses and unrefined panela for a delicious fruity caramel flavour with crunch, chew and just a little sharpness. 

Made by baker Henrietta Inman in our Bakehouse, these diverse grain, fruit & seed squares are full of diverse plant fibre for superb flavour, texture and slow-release energy. They’re soft and mellow to the bite with a pleasing crunch from the seeds and the prunes’ sharpness and chew, rounded off by the complex malty and creamy grains and fruit base.
