Simply delicious crackers made by hand from our wholemeal rye sourdough starter, combined with millet & yellow pea flour, hemp oil & fruit molasses. Slow baked for crispness & flavour.

This first trial batch of crackers are best before 16th May 2026.

Made by baker Henrietta Inman in our Bakehouse, these crackers combine our naturally fermented wholemeal rye starter with pea & millet flours, hemp oil, fruit molasses and a little salt.

Baked low and slow, they’re good enough to eat plain or delicious with butter, hummus or cheese.
