Deliciously nutty and versatile chickpea flour – also known as gram flour - milled from chickpeas grown in Norfolk.

Chickpea flour is naturally gluten free-free and ideal for sweet and savoury baking, just like our Yellow and Green Pea Flours.

It makes great bhajis and pakoras, panelle and socca, pancakes and sauces.

    • Chickpea / gram flour is great for sweet and savoury baking. It's also perfect for bhajis, pakoras, socca, pannelle, cookies, batters, scones, pastry and sauces.

      Cooking instructions
      • Use like rice or pea four, alone or with other flours, raw or toasted for a nuttier flavour.
      • Leave batters and doughs to rest for at least an hour for best results.
