Giovanni Carleschi makes the best pasta we've eaten, using stoneground flour milled from carefully selected British-grown organic grains. The bronze die pasta is produced and dried at low temperatures to maintain the flavour and nutrition.

Made with British-grown, stoneground Krivet – a unique grain born of a cross between Khorasan durum wheat and British rivet wheat – Carleschi's spaghettoni is pasta like you’ve never tasted before.

Each strand is cut by hand, looped, and carefully placed on wooden looms. These spaghettoni are slow-dried for 36 hours at a low temperature, locking in an incredible depth of flavour and bringing you pasta with true al dente integrity.

With a rustic, rough texture from the bronze dies, this spaghettoni embraces any sauce beautifully – just the way it should. Give it a try and experience the taste and texture that can only come from British-grown, thoughtfully crafted pasta!
