A deliciously sweet snack with a tangy citrus taste, handmade in Cornwall from mid-sweet apples with a hint of sea buckthorn from the Cornish Seaberry Company and no added sugar or preservatives. |
Apple Natural make these Apple Shreds at low temperature to retain the natural goodness and fibre. All they take out is the pips! Each 20g serving is made with approximately 120g of fruit.
Julie Bailey planted her organic orchard of Cornish heritage apple varieties - as well as cherry, pear, plum, quince and medlar - in 2016, with the aim of turning the harvest into these delicious snacks sweetened only by the fruits' natural sugars. These Apple Shreds are the amazing fruits of her labours.

EAT NUTS / SUPPORT THE KAYAPO / SAVE THE FOREST Brazil nuts traded direct from the Kayapó in the Brazilian Amazon. |
The Landworkers' Alliance, Roddick Foundation, Hodmedod and Kayapó-led cooperative COOBA-Y have come together to build a new direct trade relationship in solidarity with the Indigenous fight for survival, bringing wild-harvested nuts directly from the Kayapó people of Brazil to the UK for the first time.
By buying PI'Y - the Kayapó name for Brazil nuts - you’re strengthening the Kayapó people, their culture and the Amazon rainforest they protect and depend on. Trading the nuts provides financial autonomy for around 600 families in over 50 Kayapó villages, and helps protect Indigenous lands - 40 thousand square miles of Amazon rainforest.
