Looks lovely! I plan to give it away for Christmas.
Stunning colour and flavour. A cheeseboard is very much enhanced by a pot of this lovely, and unusual, jelly.

I’ve had the mill for a few months now and tried out various recipes for bread, cakes, biscuits and pastry. At times it’s been trial and error, especially for the bread but it’s been well worth the perseverance. The finished product is tasty and nutritious.
Hodmedods provided excellent customer service prior to purchase and the item was delivered quickly. I’m looking forward to my next order of grains. Many thanks

So easy to prep, I'm using them in hot and cold dishes. My new favourite hummus base. I love that they are grown in the UK, I have ordered these twice now.
