Just started a mainly vegan diet and had not realised how many beans you can buy! No idea what to choose so just bought this bundle. Tried a couple of recipes so far from the site and really wonderful. Who knew beans were so versatile and tasty!
Interesting to see these cooking instructions. However, I would like to recommend YQ as a bread flour. After some five years of using various Hodmedod's wheats for my bread, this is one of the very best I have tried - I get loads of compliments from family and friends whenever I bake with this flour.
Just arrived - quickly - but really looking forward to trying them.
I've just cooked them in a rice cooker to accompany a meal. Really tasty and definitely better than brown rice.
Collected this morning- so slightly longer travelling- but hasn't affected the flavour or texture. It held its own with home grown fried tomatoes and fried eggs - giving breakfast an all round fuller flavour. So I tried the ultimate test of good bread- butter and jam. Nowhere to hide. Absolutely delicious again. Must buy again
