Made with British organic wholegrain stoneground spelt, Carleschi's Mezzi Rigatoni celebrate the full flavour and nutrition of this ancient grain. Bronze cut and slowly dried at low temperatures, they keep their natural goodness intact. Expect warm notes of toasted almond, walnut and caramel, the unmistakeable taste of spelt alive in every bite.
