Made from naked oats, where the hull naturally falls from the grain, these deliciously creamy flakes have a texture between jumbo and rolled porridge oats. They're great for porridge or can be used for flapjack and biscuits, or added to soups, broths and casseroles.
Grown & flaked at Mains of Haulkerton, Kincardineshire, Scotland, these naked oat flakes are grown, processed and packed in the absence of other cereals. Each batch is tested to confirm its gluten-free status (under 5 parts per million gluten).

Oats can very obviously be used to make porridge, but they're also great in cookies, cakes and breads. Try combining with wholegrain flour and seeds to make a posh bread.
To make porridge place 40g oat flakes and 200ml water, milk or alternative in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Naked Oat Flakes
Grown, processed and packed in the absence of other cereal grains. Batch tested to confirm gluten at <5ppm.
Naked oats contain lots of beneficial oils, for this reason they’re best kept in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Alternatively can be stored in a cool, dry place.

Great taste and so healthy not the rubbish you get in supermarkets nowadays. I feel full of energy after eating in the morning. When I used to eat white bread I just felt sluggish and hungry the whole day. Absolute amazing and highly recommend
When I'm hungry for lunch, or dinner, or just home-alone, and urgently want something that's nutritious, filling and tasty to eat, this is my go-to food. A tray of them in the larder is essential for daily use and for a survival store. It's a meal for one, or add a bit of water to make 2 bowls of soup. Add some creamed coconut or coconut oil to make it richer. Perfect!
Why wouldn't you want wonderfully tasting green pancakes? We also alternate green and yellow blinis for canapés. You can of course make them even greener with a couple of leaves of fresh spinach wizzed into the batter.
All the peas is a nice mix for sprouting for a tasty and healthy snack or addition to salads. Soak in water, drain when fully expanded, rinse twice daily, then sprinkle on salads or like me, just eat a mouthful each time you walk past.
Absolutely loved it
