Picked and pressed early in the season giving a vibrant flavour, delicate but fruity, green and grassy with a peppery finish. This year’s batch is a particularly delicious olive oil. Two Fields' new season olive oil is made exclusively from cold-pressing Koreneiki olives grown by a collective of small scale farmers following regenerative farming practices in Eastern Crete. 

Two Fields olive oil is exclusively Koroneiki. Never blended or cut, every drop comes direct from their collective of farmers.

The Koroneiki Variety

High in polyphenols, the Koroneiki cultivar produces a classic Greek Extra Virgin. Greener & grassy when picked earlier in the season, mild and softer later in the harvest, this variety produces a high quality, smooth, delicious olive oil.

About Two Fields

Two Fields is a community collective of small scale olive oil producers in Crete, Greece. Started by brothers Harry & Will, the project supports existing organic farmers, helps others make the transition away from conventional farming and builds regenerative practises on top. Working closely with the best restaurants in the UK, the collective ensure farming families get fair, secure livelihoods and build long term relationships. Harry moved to Crete to be with his now wife Eleni, initially falling in love while he was on a family holiday. The brother saw the reality of conventional farming, the pressure on the people and the land. Having never farmed, they bought their own Two Fields, 200 olive trees, becoming apprentices to local farmers and diving deep into the world of organic regenerative farming.  Instead of growing and becoming bigger and bigger farm, they believe a collective community approach is better. One that supports small scale farmers and reconnects craft to nature, rebuilding soil health and increasing biodiversity.

    Drizzled on fresh tomatoes , vanilla ice cream & chocolate mouse. Make the perfect hummus, finish that fresh salad or over hearty lentils or pasta. With Raw crudo, sourdough dipping and mediterranean grilled vegetables.
