Jane Steward founded Eastgate Larder in 2016 and is dedicated to reviving the overlooked and forgotten medlar, Mespilus germanica.

This is a great selection of beans which didn't have to travel thousands of miles to get to the UK. I wish I could buy more but both the sets and individual packets are unavailable.
They are amazing ingredient of my home made tapas. I never soak pulses to not allow fermentation, but those beans slow cooked really well within around 2.5 hours. I will definitely buy them again!
