| Dulse adds an amazing tasty and colourful kick to a huge variety of dishes from savoury creations to sweet treats. Dulse is a traditional favourite in Scotland and Ireland. |
Dulse has a soft texture and a sweet, salty, umami flavour, often compared to bacon.
The Cornish Seaweed Company is licensed by The Crown Estate to hand harvest a range of seaweeds sustainably from the waters around Cornwall's rock shores. All their seaweed is harvested, dried and packed in Cornwall, in plastic-free paper pouches (the smaller packs only) printed with biodegradable ink.
Dulse and dillisk are common names for Palmaria palmata red algae, common on the north Atlantic and North Pacific coastlines.
Sprinkle on any dish to add flavour. Add a teaspoon to leafy or potato salad; whisk into omelettes or scrambled egg; stir into veggie dishes after cooking; add to bread dough or brownie mixture.
Dried dulse (Palmaria palmata)

Another excellent Hodmedods lentil supporting British Farming. So tasty, great to use in curry amongst a host of other dishes.
Superb quality, packaging, and delivery..all 'round Excellent..😍
Brilliant product as are all the Hodmedods products I've purchased, I've used this flour in cakes mixed with ground almonds and it's also great for thickening sauces and gravies as an alternative to cornflour.
I'm also loving the new book for even more inspired recipe ideas ❤
These malted flakes are wildly delicious! We've been adding them to porridge after we bought a small bag to try. They add a delicious nutty flavour, and with some maple syrup, it is a luxurious porridge.
These are easily the best black beans I've tasted. Soaked overnight and pressure cooked for 10 minutes, they were perfect. The most surprising was the aquafaba, rich and sweet, it makes an amazing chocolate mousse.
