| Made from the stems of British-grown organic hemp, Hempen Co-operative's rustic hemp tea makes a fragrant and refreshing tea with a mild herbal flavour |
The tea naturally contains trace levels of CBD (cannabidiol), giving calming qualities and is great for relaxing and relieving stress. It’s also caffeine-free, so good to enjoy at any time of the day or night.
Add a few stems of the tea to a cup, or more for a teapot. Brew for around 5 minutes, or longer if you like it stronger. Try adding a dash of your preferred milk to taste.
For best before date see pack. Store in a cool, dry place.

I’ve had the mill for a few months now and tried out various recipes for bread, cakes, biscuits and pastry. At times it’s been trial and error, especially for the bread but it’s been well worth the perseverance. The finished product is tasty and nutritious.

Excellent source of Iodine, highly recommend before ( between 150 - 300 micrograms pregnancy, and more so in pregnancy to prevent Congenital Iodine deficiency and also will push up an Higher IQ in the Child. This can be all backed up by world health organization & unicef..
Really like the texture of these.
So easy to prep, I'm using them in hot and cold dishes. My new favourite hummus base. I love that they are grown in the UK, I have ordered these twice now.
