| Ocean Greens - also known as sea lettuce - are traditionally used for Chinese crispy fried seaweed. They're delicious raw or cooked, added to smoothies or toasted as crisps. |
Ocean greens have fresh and sorrel-like flavour.
The Cornish Seaweed Company is licensed by The Crown Estate to hand harvest a range of seaweeds sustainably from the waters around Cornwall's rock shores. All their seaweed is harvested, dried and packed in Cornwall, in plastic-free paper pouches (the smaller packs only) printed with biodegradable ink.
Ocean greens and sea lettuce are common names for Ulva lactuca and other Ulva species of green algae.
Add raw to salads, fry in oil and cover with sesame seeds, add to smoothies or to bread dough.
Dried ocean greens (Ulva spp)
May contain fish, crustaceans, molluscs.

I bought this as a Xmas present for my daughter's Vegan boyfriend and he was delighted with it. He opened the box early as he's away for Xmas. The box was nicely wrapped .I loved the fact that these are all British grown. The individual packaging is cool too.
The buttery and nutty flavour of this flour makes the best brioche ever ! There is no need to mix with other flours to achieve a good baked dough structure; using 100% Krivet gives the best flavour. Bury a square of good quality chocolate into each bun for an added treat but also good as plain brioche served with apricot jam.
Good service, well packaged. All ready for festive breakfasts and snacks.
These are exceptional and delicious. Its a bonus to be able to buy relatively locally produced food. These peas are so versatile. Really they should be winning even more awards.
Coco white beans are devine!!!
