Rolled Oats are a kitchen staple and make for a versatile ingredient. These classic oats have been rolled flat and steel cut to make a fine flake that is delicious, with no added salt or sugar.
Grown and milled in Britain, these flakes are ideal to be used in both sweet and savoury recipes, including overnight oats, flapjacks, veggie burgers, and dumplings.
Our rolled oats are grown on farms that also grow and harvest wheat, barley and other cereals. As such we can't be sure there won't occasionally be wheat or other cereals present. If you're looking for gluten free oats we do, when available, have oat flakes grown and processed on a farm that doesn't grow or handle other cereals.
To make a creamy porridge: Place a cupful of oats in a saucepan and add a cupful of milk and 2 cupfuls of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, adding water if it dries out. Sweeten to taste and serve.
To make flapjacks: Melt a large knob of butter in a saucepan, together with 2 tablespoons of molasses and a tablespoon of coconut sugar (or brown sugar). Add a cupful of oats and stir. Flatten into a lined baking tray and put into a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes

I have to keep them out of sight and out of reach so I don't eat the whole bag all at once. Seriously, I don't know what it is about them, but they're so good - I regret only getting one bag.
These walnuts may be second grade, but they taste first rate! Very pleased with them.
I’ve never enjoyed a rye bread - usually too heavy and solid, my sensitive gut didn’t like either. I got this out of curiosity as the other breads had run out and the reviews were so good. Is gorgeous - moist but not soggy, well risen, very tasty but not too strongly sour. And my gut is happy despite a little bit of binging :-)
Great!
Great for cakes, cookies and muffins as it has a similar consistency to pastry flour, very fine and light. I now use it regularly. Really nice flavour.
