Brazil Nut Praline, 42g bar
Hodmedod and Radek’s Chocolate have joined...
|
We so loved the Brazil Nut Praline that Radek’s Chocolate made for us with our PI'Y nuts that we've added more of their amazing chocolate to our range of guest products, including this Cocoa IPA bar made with malted barley from Norfolk. |
This bar is made with ethically sourced cacao grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry. Radek's chocolate is made in micro batches, stone-ground for three days, blending specially sourced cacao with barley malts, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma, and hops before tempering and wraping the bars.
Radek’s Chocolate have combined forces with Bristol brewer Wiper & True to offer this delicious, malted barley & hop infused chocolate bar. For a unique experience, Radek's have stone-ground carefully crafted chocolate with Wiper & True barley malts and gently infused Citra Hop cocoa butter to lend the bar delicate citrus IPA aromatics.
Beer and chocolate definitely go hand in hand!

Really like the texture of these.
So easy to prep, I'm using them in hot and cold dishes. My new favourite hummus base. I love that they are grown in the UK, I have ordered these twice now.
I bought this naked (hulless) barely to try and grow as it can be processed easily, but I ended up eating it all and not planting any. I have sprouted some, roasted it and used for a tasty sweet flour, soaked overnight and cooked in soup, but my favourite is soaking, cooking and using in a (kind of) Tabbouh - lots of cucumber tomato, parsley, mint with the addition of finely chopped sautéed onion, garlic and whole cumin and coriander seeds. My guests have loved it numerous times.
