Sorry, we've sold out of Whole Wet Walnuts from this year's harvest. Dry walnuts will be available again around mid November. Enjoy the first of this year's walnut crop as fresh wet walnuts. Gathered for sale soon after ripening, wet walnuts have a softer texture and milder flavour than dried walnuts. Wet walnuts should be eaten within a week or separated and kept in an airy, dry place to allow them to dry naturally. |
Deliciously buttery walnuts, grown at Red Hat Orchards in West Norfolk and hand harvested, sorted and packed by Mathew Warwick.
The walnut trees at Red Orchards were planted in November 2001 with named walnut varieties from Britain, Europe and North America. Varieties grown include Axel, Lara, Buccaneer and Broadview. Each net contains a mix of different varieties - taste the differences!
The trees and nuts are unsprayed.
Crack and remove shell, eat!
Store in a cool, dry place and eat within 1 week of delivery.

I bought these last year and was amazed. I've never had such fresh Brazil nuts before and you can really taste the difference in flavour compared to supermarket brands. Will definitely be buying again!
