Complete Product Details

    • Toast and sprinkle on salads, add to smoothies, use in baking. Soak whole seeds overnight and add to porridge and smoothies. Containing soluble and insoluble fibre as well as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, linseed is a nutritious addition. 

      Cooking instructions

      Toast and soak 1 tablespoon of seeds in 3 tablespoons of warm water for 30 minutes to replace one egg in vegan baking.
      Unpasteurised seed - do not consume raw.
