Our white quinoa is grown by Peter Fairs in the fields of Essex. Peter's selected varieties grow well in lowland Essex, cook just like South American quinoa and provide a deliciously nutty and light quinoa without any bitterness. Peter's quinoa also grows well just over the border in Suffolk, where Andrew Williams grows it organically. Our red quinoa is grown by Emily Addicott Sauvao in Somerset.
