Full of flavour our galette flour is also good for savoury baking, cakes, biscuits and tarts.

Grown in Essex, milled in small batches by Hodmedod in Suffolk.

    • Galette Flour is great for sweet and savoury cooking and baking but especially for traditional Breton galettes or crêpes.

      Cooking instructions

      Use in your favourite galette pancake recipe! We whisk 100g galette flour with 300ml oat milk and a pinch of salt (you can add an egg but it’s not necessary), and fry thinly spread over an oiled heavy pan.
