Organic Rye Flour - 500g
Grown for us by Mike Rogers and stone-ground at Wakelyns Agroforestry in Suffolk this wholegrain rye flour is perfect for Henrietta's Chocolate, Peanut, Rye and Raisin Brownies or for use as 'dark rye' in other recipes.
Organic Maslin Flour - 500g
Maslin is a field-grown mix of wheat and rye (in fact the word means mixture) harvested and milled as one. Where Henrietta's recipes call for light rye (such as the Rye, Beetroot, Walnut, Sultana and Caraway Loaf), this is the four to use.
Brown Linseed - 400g
Used to great effect in the Walnut and Flaxseed Banana Bread.
Golden Linseed - 400g
Try these in Henrietta's Date and Oat Slice with Cardamom and Orange.
Organic Naked Barley Flakes - 500g
These can be used in a lot of the recipes that call for flakes (and, of course, barley flakes in particular). They're also a key ingredient in the Suffolk Spelt, Quinoa and Barley Loaf.
